We were given time to look offered a cup of tea whilst we were browsing which was a nice touch. We were served by Ken who could not have been more knowledgeable and helpfull. Upon making our choice the paperwork was raised by Emma B she was a delight and we ended up having a good chat. Ken and Emma were up front with all aspects of our purchase and we felt well informed. The four of us had quite a giggle you don't get that level of service often these days a credit to your Company.

We were allowed to make our choice unharassed but help was at hand if and when we needed it by a very proffesional and pleasant Emma B.

The sales manager Ken helped me, he spent time explaining each bed and I tried many beds before I chose one that I felt comfortable with.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff who took the time to work through our requirement and ensure we had all the required information. The staff took the time to make exact measurements of each frame so that we could confirm they would fit into our bedrooms before returning the next day to place an order. In addition the staff (Jon and Ken) took their time to fully explain the available options and ensure we got not only the best product for our needs but also the best price. Very please indeed, would certainly recommend! (The staff went above and beyond by helping us locate our daughters lost toy)

We were served in the Ashford branch by Emma B. She attended to our every need, at no point did we feel rushed it pressured to make a purchase. Emma provided impartial responses to all the questions that we had and really helped us to find the best quality product at the best value for us. We wanted to mention how satisfied we were with her friendly, helpful and attentive service to the store manager but he was unfortunately serving a customer when we left.

Service good and demonstration of item freely given. The item was available and the fact that it can be delivered within a few days of placing the order is excellent.

Staff very friendly and helpful we were invited to look around with no pressure being put on us to make a purchase , a very pleasant shopping experience.

The salesmen were really knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns and really seemed to want to help me make the right choice os mattress. I was also able to negotiate a good price. I could not fault their genuine desire to please me, the customer. When I went in, Ken was with a customer, and at my query as to whether there was anyone else in the store who could help me, he immediately called for his assistant, Jon.

Everything as under one roof and the assistant knew the products. We were given the time to browse around (while the kids enjoyed themselves) and not hassled or given the hard cell. I talked about the bed & mattress we currently have and Ken suggested we just get a new mattress. He could have tried to sell us a new bed but we came to that decision on our own.
