I could have wished for better assistance in store from Jon ans Ken. Delivery was speedy and delivery men Mihai and Adrian were so helpful and polite. Thank you dreams, sleeping better than I have in years in my lovely new Dreams bed.

The manager ken was superb took time to understand my needs took time to explain the benefits of the different types of mattresses and which ones would satisfy my requirements, at no point did I feel pressurised to commit, it was a delight to be served in an an environment where it was my choice not his Tea or coffee was offered which shocked as never come across this before. The whole exprience was delight and I will recommend everyone to visit the Ashford branch

We had a fantastic experience when we went to purchase our bed on Monday. We bought it at the Ashford, Kent store, and i'm afraid i cannot remember the name of the older gentleman who served us, but he was brilliant! and couldn't have been more helpful. He genuinely cared that we would be getting a good nights sleep, and showed us the technicalities involved in choosing the right bed for how you sleep. Who knew you could know so much about peoples sleeping habits! It was an easy, stress free purchase, and he did everything possible to help us get what we wanted, and more! He offered us Bed Cover, and ensured we got the fasted delivery date possible, as we are currently on a blow up bed!

Jon was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Jon - the customer service rep in the Ashford branch was extremely knowledgeable about all products and - when I explained what I wanted - he went out of his way to ensure that we were choosing the right bed which would be comfortable for us. There was a good range of choices and I feel that with Jon's help, we chose the optimum product.

Ken and John (the staff that advised us) were extremely helpful. They listened to our specific needs and answered all of our questions fully. I can honestly say they went out of their way to help. Ken was excellent in explaining the importance of using a quality mattress and the health benefits. I had no idea a mattress could make such a difference. This is probably the best purchase I have ever made. You can not put a price on a comfortable nights sleep and waking up ache and pain free! Only wish we'd made this purchase years ago.

I arrived in the middle of a delivery,the assistant came to me straight away,& apologised for the untidiness in the shop.Both assistants were friendly & heplful

We actually arrived at the store near to their closing time but not once were we made to feel rushed. The three members of staff on duty were all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Emma G in particular was brilliant!
