The salesman Jon, made us welcome and because we live in France he called to make sure that we can collect our beds from the shop and not have to go to Crawley. He even made us a cur of tea and sayed open until 18.45 when in reality the store should close at 18.00, which we hadn't realised. He did a great job and he is a credit to your company.

I found the assistant very amiable and willing to help with the choice explaining things in an easily understood way.We were offered a cup of tea or coffee, which we declined, and at no time were we influenced in our choice. The delivery date was stated and accepted, but subsequently had to be altered to an earlier date which was achieved without any problem. All in all I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend the store.

Ken gave good advice on the type of mattress that suited our needs. There was no pressure to buy and the process was not rushed with him leaving us to try several mattresses over about 30 minutes. We were even offered a cup of tea or coffee.
