The lady who assist us Emma G was very friendly and spent lots of time with us. She even offered cup of coffe and biscuits for kids.

RECOMMENDATIONS WERE MADE AND FULLY EXPLAINED TO SUIT MY NEEDS AND I WAS GIVEN ALL THE TIME I NEEDED TO TRY THE DIFFERENT BEDS WITHOUT ANY HOVERING UNTIL I MADE UP MY MIND WHICH I WANTED. BOTH ASSISTANTS WERE EXTREMELY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE STORE TO EVERYONE.

I had been to the store 2 hours previously to review what I wanted.. when I returned I approached Jon and showed what I liked and my intended choice of mattress.. He knew straight away that the mattress I had selected wouldn't fit on of the bed so this drove my selection.. we completed the whole sale inside of 20-25 minutes including running through all the delivery options/ dates etc.. Offered assistance in choosing correct mattress and demonstrating storage facility on bed. Also treated warmly and by knowledgeable staff.

We were extremely happy with the assistance we recieved in store from Jon at the Ashford branch we only came in to the store to look at beds to get an idea of what to look for and prices we were very happy with Jon knowledge of the products and explaining payment plans and matching the best product to us we would definitely recommend dreams to friends and revisit the store in the future.

Friendly staff, made us tea, explained to my daughter exactly how she should feel on a bed. Explained the differences between the mattresses we were interested in.

Staff Ken was very good and assisted us in making what we believe was the correct choice of bed and mattress 100% friendly and knowledge of beds and mattress's was 2nd to none Thanks Ken

Sales lady very friendly explaining all the various types of mattresses which was extremely helpful in deciding what we wanted. Allowed us plenty of time to test the mattresses.
