Went to be sons for beds staff we're unhelpful so noticed dreams was in ashford Kent Walked in staff was very helpful understood my needs and took me to the products to look and try, Which resulted in a purchase

Very good service from Emma I - helpful when needed, but not intrusive, giving us time and space to consider our options once she had given initial introduction and explanation of products. Remained on hand when we needed further advice.

From the moment we entered the Ashford store , we were looked after by Ken the manager , he and John his assistant made sure we were informed about the progress of our purchase .

As always dreams in Ashford are very friendly..The sales assistant was very professional,in the help &information we needed but at the same time he wasn't pushy & gave us time to decide.
