The sales assistant was helpful and went that extra mile to make sure we got what we needed and he was well informed on the products we needed sales assistant name was Ken.

Not enough characters to sing the praises high enough of Jonathan and Ken in the Ashford store, and of Ed and Piotr, who delivered and assembled the beds. Would love to be able to send a more detailed email about the service we have received, as they all deserve the highest accolades possible.

The assistant (Ken Kidd) spent time and gave us all the attention we needed to make our choice. We did not feel rushed, even thought the store was quite busy. Ken gave us the pros and cons of the chioces we looked at. His impartial view made it feel as if we not talking to someone who was trying to sell a product but someone who knew about the products and was happy to answer all our questions, no matter how silly we felt they might be. he was very knowledgeable about the beds and pillows that he showed to us. I would recommend this particular store and tell them to ask for Ken as he was helpful and had a good sense of humour which helped us make a decision there and then. We had only popped in to see what was on offer but his help made us buy .

We were also afforded advice about the best type of mattress to support our backs ... Which we hadn't asked for and found very helpful. We were also given advice about whichattress to buy for a bed we were also purchasing. Excellent ... First Class Service.

Salesman was very helpful and understanding of our requirements

We were served by Emma B who was extremely helpful and knowledgable without being "pushy" and left us to try the automatic bed at our own pace. The store manager Ken was also most helpful and we would highly recommend the Ashford store. We have since been contacted with delivery date. Thank you

Having visited other bed stores and walking straight back out because was bombarded with sales assistant , it was extremely welcome to go into the Dreams store and be allowed to browse and take our time without any pressure, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help and then left which was excellent for us, that so we purchased a wonderful bed without pressure and it was a very good experience. Thank you.

I have brought from dreams in the past and was very happy with my previous purchase and the quality of the bed and mattress and with the price too! I always recommend dreams to any of my friends and family when purchasing beds or mattresses. They are a friendly team and are very helpful. They will always try and do a good deal for you and the items I have received in the past have always been exactly what I wanted and expected if not better.
