Very good service and the sales person was very helpful and knew her product knowledge.

A already knew what I wanted and asked the sales guy if he had one and where to find it. We went strait to it and after a few minutes I closed the deal. Some people who know what they want do not need the sales pitch, and just want to get in and out. Just to clarify, I was a man let out to go shopping without the Mrs! ;o)

The store was clearly presented with sale items being on the upper level. A member of staff explained the different colours and offered us tea. We were able to lie on the beds and explore the store at ease, without someone following us.

We visited twice in a week and both occasions we were greeted and served by patient and well trained staff who we believed gave honest and professional advice. We will return when we next wish to purchase beds or bedding. Your staff are to be congratulated.

Customer Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble! We even had a cup of tea made for us too! Fab!
