Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, took time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The Sleep Match machine was great to take into consideration all our needs. Showroom was clean and well laid out.

I knew what I was looking for and the budget I had to spend, but I had no idea about the type of mattress which would suit me best. Julia at the Bury St Edmunds store was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was given the opportunity to try out the sleepmatch programme, which was fantastic if a little strange. I felt safe and reassured by all the COVID measures and protocols in place. At no point did I feel pressured to go beyond my budget, or to make a purchase. I had a brilliant experience in store and would return at any point to make any future purchase.

From the minute we entered the store the assistant was attentive but not to much to scare you of and very knowledgeable about the mattress

Julia the assistant who spent time with us, could not have been more helpful. She knew the products inside out. Took care of all Covid health & safety guidelines. Offering water or coffee when she was aware we might need it. It was a pleasure shopping with her.

It was so good to actually talk a sale over with somebody who knew their job. Julie was polite, professional and took her time to explain everything to me. From her informative knowledge she helped me make decisions. I valued her advice and I’m very happy with my purchase. All of this would’ve been impossible online.

Nathan, new his stuff couldn't have found a better sales person,he helped us all the way from start to finish,, Nathan even made us a lovely cup of tea. The salesman Ryan in the store was excellent. He greeted us quickly, and from not really having a clue what I needed he was able to help me purchase two new beds. He went I felt above and beyond to meet our needs. My son was flagging and he disappeared into the staff area to grab their tub of quality street to share with him. It was a small thing but made a huge difference to a tired child, and allowed me to keep shopping and making decisions. Ryan was clear, helpful, knowledgable and kind to deal with. Honestly just an excellent experience all around. We met a couple of other staff during our time there, who were also lovely and making jokes with us. Just a brilliant experience.
