John was excellent throughout. He ascertained what sort of a mattress we were looking for and gave us several good options to try. The care taken as regards hygiene was excellent throughout. He was very knowledgeable and we came away feeling we have made the best choice for us.

As we had been self isolating for such a long time I felt a little anxious going into my first shop for a long time. We were creating a new bedroom so knew we needed to get out and make a purchase of a new bed. I was very impressed with the stores policy on safety. John our assistant at Ladybay retail park couldn’t have been more helpful and full of advise. Excellent service.
