me and my husband have been having health problems whilst sleeping on cheaper branded mattresses. So we made the decision to invest in quality. We were greeted by Vivek who I have to say was so lovely, friendly, caring, very knowledgeable, and had amazing people skills. He wasn't pushy. Didn't rush us and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. We felt very comfortable around Vivek, we was offered refreshments throughout our visit. I advised Vivek that we were going to go away and think about it. But because he didn't force the sale on to us, it made me want to go back. We returned within 30 mins. All the staff in store felt like family, and they made us feel part of it. It was an amazing shopping visit. Which we really enjoyed. Vivek really is a lovely guy and a credit to Dreams. Were so looking forward to our temper mattress. Thank-you Dreams 😊 😴😴🙃😘xx we have already shared our amazing experience with friends and family 👪.
