Excellent social distancing measures in the store. Hand sanitister station as you walk in the door. Disposable covering given for matress and pillows which allowed for us to 'try before buy'. Was offered bottled water during our visit. Clear screens at the til point with more hand sanitiser for use. Was shown a variety of matresses in our price range and told about different spring, memory foam and toppings available. Also purchased protective toppers and duvets and the matress insurance as was all great prices. Clear guidence on delivery instructions and assured about correct PPE worn by delivery persons too. Very thorough service from in the store during this difficult time. Very happy!

We received very helpful and welcoming customer service from Vivek and Felix, they walked us through all processes and found the bed best to suit us. Each step of the process was fully explained and made us feel comfortable with knowing what we aware buying. Everything ran smoothly and we were not left waiting at all. I would 100% recommend anyone to use the machine that tests what kind of bed you need and i was surprised this was a free service.
