when we arrived at the store we weren't pounced on by a sales person, we had enough time to smooch about. Felix was our 1st contact and his product knowledge was extremely good. After taking measurements and prices we went home and measured up. The following day we went back and saw Felix again who advised us that due to the shape of the bedroom it would be better to go for the next size down. We placed the order, paid and was given a delivery day. Unfortunately the computer didn't give us an estimated time which surprised me as most companies do now (not Felix's fault). This is the second bed I've brought from you in a year so I hope the 2nd bed will be as good as the 1st.
