All staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable, we went into the store to have a look at what beds are available and found exactly what we were looking for. The experience was very relaxed but formal whilst keeping to current guidlines and we didn't feel rushed to make any decisions.

From entering the Dreams shop, I felt relaxed and at ease under the current Covid requirements... John was knowledgeable and understanding of my requirements, and quickly identified the mattress I was looking for whilst explaining the benefits from a practical and commercial perspective. John went through a quick and efficient order process, and made me aware of the mattress protection free offer, and clearly explained the mattress protection insurance. Overall very satisfied with the whole shopping experience!
