Vivek could not have done more for us. We knew what sort of bed frame we wanted and he was straight to finding out how quickly we could get it. We had no idea what we were looking for with a mattress and Vivek was so attentive and really took the time to understand our needs and take us round showing us each option

Clean store, Vivek who showed us around was courteous, amicable, helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy, and in the end came out with extra goodies we didn't expect, so great service.

The colleague was very helpful at all times, answered my questions fully and giving me the confidence in his knowledge. I felt at ease every step of the way of my purchase. I have purchased my beds many times from this store over the years and always been highly satisfied, and was aware that the staff were un changed over many years so it was good to renew old acquaintances
