Had 2 visits to the store ver the weekend and was looked after by Vivek on both visits. He was very kind & friendly, offered us water and even provided a chair for my mum - as he could see she couldn't stand for long - on the first visit. He was very knowledgeable and honest, not at all pushy and was happy for me to go away and come back with my husband the next day. Vivek is a credit to your team and we happily took his advice after the sleep match test and buy our new mattress from Dreams.
