I firstly called the store Vivek was great on the phone and listened to our situation and offered solutions. so we decided to visit. Vivek was very knowledgeable, very caring and generous with his time . He took his time to listen and analyse our needs , we left very happy with our purchase and felt very well looked after . the store layout was great with an understanding on where bed frames and mattresses were. The sleep matcher tool was fantastic and easy to use and led to the manager being able to find us a mattress that suites our sleeping needs.
