The staff members who were present in store were all helpful and friendly. The particular staff member who helped us was articulate, very knowledgeable about the products and really genuine and honest in his advice whilst also juggling the tricky path of diplomacy between my wife and I as we discussed our differing points of view. He was helpful without being pushy. He was extremely impressive and we both came away saying what a bright switched on assistant we’d had the benefit of.

Fantastic Knowledge Customer Service Assistants Very polite and professional...We have been purchasing from the same store for over 15 years..never shop anywhere else because we trust the brand and have never been disappointed

Decland the store advisor really helped choose our perfect mattress and I’m after a specific style of bed frame which another member of staff told me was being released as a new product soon and found me a promotion video of exactly what I wanted. I feel the staff went above and beyond my expectations.

Decland the store advisor really helped choose our perfect mattress and I’m after a specific style of bed frame which another member of staff told me was being released as a new product soon and found me a promotion video of exactly what I wanted. I feel the staff went above and beyond my expectations.

The gentleman who served us was very friendly, happy and calm of voice very patient with us trying mattresses etc. And we found a great new king mattress 😊
