Dreams - Nottingham

We had been in a few Dreams stores (Lincoln and Nottingham). both had exceptional service, attentive but not pushy at all. I find it difficult to make final decisions and Vivek in Nottingham Store was most helpful and patient. He tried everyway possible to advise on the best way forward and did all this with a smile. We purchased on the day and then I noticed the mattress had gone down in price later that week. I emailed your company and within the hour I had a refund of the extra cost incurred. What wonderful service both in store and online, which is rare. A wonderful company and will most certainly recommend to friends and visit again. Thank you for your service in these difficult times.

From start to finish they were excellent.

I was clearly explained about the delay for delivery and this is better than being lied too also they did their best to sort me a package on a price as spent nearly 3000 pound on my order. The whole team was very helpful including letting my autistic daughter use the toilet. We sat on the machine to get a better idea of which mattress to have we was recommended this by family and it has worked amazing for them so hopefully it will for us as well. We was offered water and plenty of hand sanitizer was available there was restrictions on the amount of people allowed in at once so you couldn’t ask for more . Great team great company if I won the vouchers I would spend it on the cool gel pillows they are brilliant.

Alex was so helpful. She didn't push us to place an order, once we laid on the machine that choose the right mattress for us, she didn't show us over priced mattresses and asked our budget. Once we found the one we thought we wanted, she didn't want to show us higher priced ones and actually told us we made a great choice. When we arrived in the store, we had other shopping and a gentleman said we could put them behind the counter and even found us a bag. A fantastic service and down to earth with a touching service.

Our shop assistant John was very friendly and helpful, we got to try out the beds which was useful and it was very quick and easy to pay, as well as very informative.

Help when needed, they gave time when asked, they could answer any question I put to them and answered satisfactory
