Delivery staff made mess in bedroom unboxong headboard which i had to clear up.Headboard was different wood colour to one ordered and poor quality. Customer service were rude when tried to resolve it. Had problems with mattress and when tried to swap under 40 day guarantee tried to charge us more for same mattress as price had altered. Shop staff were great. Head office staff were not.

The bed frame was different colours and the best they can do is replace them in a weeks time. So no bed for a week is what you call good customer service. I will NOT be recommending to anyone

The whole experience at the Nottingham store was great. Your staff assisted us in finding the right product to suit our needs, they were friendly and knowledgable and placing the order was straightforward. We have no negative feedback at all.

We visited Dreams to buy a divan base & mattress. We chose these products within 30 minutes & were satisfied with the information provided by staff on the shop floor. We wanted to buy our products on 0% interest for 22 months as the total was approximately £1,200. IT TOOK TWO HOURS of sitting with a Dreams member of staff whilst they processed the order on 'Creations.' The system kept crashing & the member of staff had to re-type the order 4 times inbetween ringing Creations for assistance. We had to leave Dreams 3 hours into out visit, without signing any relevant paperwork, as staff were unable to print it out. We now have to return to the store to sign the paperwork that has now been accessed by staff however this is highly inconvenient as it is a 50 mile round trip. We are very disappointed with the service & even staff appeared frustrated with the system (Creations) which is currently in place for 0% finance deals. We would not have carried on with order however. credit check had already been processed & would have been detrimental to my credit rating should we have applied for 0% finance for a bed elsewhere.
