We were allowed to place an order & pay but only then to be told the bed frame was out of stock. I had to call twice before I was given any indication of delivery date which is now 9 weeks from the date of purchase.

The mattress is significantly narrower than the advertised size of a king size mattress measures 148 and not 152 cm. Leaves a wide gap between the edge of the bed and the mattress.

I purchase a TV bed Matress and pillows on Staurday 13/06 (order Number 115A007633), I was served by John. At the time John could not give me a delivery date because I chose the smart tv option. He said he would call me back on Monday 15th and it is now Tuesday 16th at 12.52pm and I still have not heard from him. I phoned this morning several times and the phone goes to the answer machine after the 4 time of trying I left a message at around 12.20pm (not heard back yet.........

There were not enough computers for staff so both us and staff were sat waiting to order. Staff were rushed and didn't really have time for us, seemes they just wanted to rattle through their commission!

We came in to purchase a mattress for £59. I called in advance to check availability of the item. When the colleague went to get the mattress, there was a group of colleagues all talking by the desks and I over heard one colleague say “just tell them there aren’t any left”. At first the colleague tried to convince me to buy a more expensive one but I said I was happy with the £59 mattress because we have one already for my other child, he didn’t acknowledge this and continued to try selling me the more expensive one. Then the group of colleagues tried to deceive me by saying he should just tell me there wasn’t one left. However he was already carrying the mattress to me. I think it is appalling behaviour and salesmanship to try deceive customers into a product more expensive than what they have already stated they want. I won’t be returning in future nor will I recommend Dreams to anyone in future because of the experience.

In your shop I was assured that you have never had a product returned. Upon delivery of my new bed it was damaged.

First delivery tried the wrong bed was bought and not replaced with the right bed that day. i had to go to my local store to get my own mattress as a temporary replacement till the correct one was delivered nearly a week later. on the second time a delivery was made i was delivered a king size mattress only to find it was 2" shorter width ways than should be for a king size mattress. I am now having to wait till the 4th October, a full 14 days after my first attempt at a delivery. I have absolutltly no confidence that the new mattress that willbe sent on the 4th will be the right size and believe this will not be 5' in width as it should be.
