Having hoped to purchase a bed and mattress within a budget there appeared to be limited options, or I wasn't told about my options, which meant I only purchased a bed frame.

There are no specifics only that the service was efficient and adequate. I did not away feeling what a wonderful customer service experience I had just received. But I am not sure what more the staff could have done to make it any better. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Well, the highly satisfied would mean perfect situation ( such as getting luxury bed for free ), as we know, we live in imperfect world, hence my score isn't highest. Overall my experience at dreams was very positive.

Customer service from Felix was excellent. The rest of the team were obliging and friendly.

I just wanted a bed I knew what I was going for and got it I was in and out I didn't really have a great experience or bad one

The computer did not give any possible delivery dates on the bed we ordered, which was not the staff's fault at all. They said they would find out delivery dates the next day (today) and phone us, but they have not done so yet. This is a minor quibble because service was excellent and friendly and I love the beds at Dreams; but it means we will have to phone the store ourselves to chase it up tomorrow

The staff were helpful and courteous. We were given all the time we needed. We went looking for a specific bed but unfortunately the bed is not in stock and apparently deliveries are awaited fro abroad.

The staff did not know how to work the 900i sleep motion bed. They had to call different people in the end I worked it out myself and downloaded the app and worked it out that way myself. Very poor product knowledge to say he said he had worked their for 13 years.
