I am satisfied with the service I got in store, but I realised when I got home that if I had ordered on line I could of got it cheaper as there was no delivery charge and I would of got cashback.

There was only one assistant on, who was very helpful but on the second to last day of a sale more people were needed on the shop floor.

Bank holiday Monday is a busy time for shopping, and there were just not enough staff available. As soon as a member of staff was free I had the help I needed, but I did feel rather a spare part for a while.
