Only a slight glitch that was seen and dealt with straight away. Having taken the money, it was noticed that I had been overcharged and I have been told that my account with be reimbursed at some stage.

Prices should include a reference to delivery charges.

The cost of delivery was put on the order and I was not made aware of this. I was made aware of £39 charge for taking away old mattress which I did not opt for but I have been charged £39 for delivery. I think this is a very crafty hidden charge, if you charge that for every delivery it is no wonder that profits are sky high. If anybody reads this then they might consider refunded me that £39 charge

The bed I was trying was pretty dirty. Very off putting. Other beds were fine so unsure why this one wasn't dealt with.

I would have liked free delivery. Especially as I paid £39 for delivery and was not given a specific time. Took the morning off work then was called at 10:30 am to say they would be there between 1pm and 3pm. Could have paid £20 for a man with a van to do it in a more specific timeslot. Delivery service does not seem like value for money
