When I walked into the store none of the staff came and ask me how can they help. I was going to leave and as I said to my husband that feel like leaving because none of the staff has approached us. A staff member walked through the entrance and immediately he ask how can he help.

We were hoping to get a sale item, but the reductions were nit on the item we chose, despite sales banners all around the store.

I suppose I can't give you a 100o/o until the product has been tested but I'm sure I won't have any misgivings. Your assistant was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed. Thanks for the help and service shown.

Whilst nothing was wrong in particular i believe the service given was of a high standard but my expectations are high initally so maybe why i did not feel wowed.

We'd seen a bed online, however this was not in the store we visited on the day

I was very satisfied on the whole. Main negatives were having to wait until Feb for delivery and having to wait a while until order could be processed because of a queue for a desk. Perhaps at busy times during sales, an extra desk or something could be arranged. I wouldn't usually be bothered but we had a baby and young child with us.
