Dreams - Nottingham

We were greeted by Alex as we entered the store. She helped us identify what mattress suited us best and stayed with us giving us advice on the different mattresses and beds that we were considering. Alex was really friendly and helpful from start to finish. We made our choices and never felt rushed and were able to complete our order in a timely manner. We will defintely go back to Dreams in the future!

I arranged an appointment online to go and visit the store which was very easy. I was greeted by John who was expecting me and who talked me through everything i needed from picking a bed frame to selected the best matress. Very straightforward and efficient process, very friendly staff and overall, I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I was greeted at the door by the sales assistant Vivek and was treated as a client rather than a retail customer; he offered me refreshments, genuinely listened to my requirements and didn't resort ot offering me any good I didn't need. He was also more than happy to be go back and forth to find different products that matched both me requirements and budget. Additionally he was not pushy at all when upselling some of the items when we came to the payment for the goods, which really impressed me. The fact that he was able to cater to my time requirements and schedule a delivery inside 7 days has allowed me to move into my new home sooner than planned, an unexpected bonus I'm aware friends who purchased their beds for competitors didn't enjoy.

I was served by John from the ladybay branch in nottingham who helped me to pick a suitable bed. John took time out for me to get what I want also gave me a bottle of water during waiting time.

We have used Dreams on various occasions before and been very pleased with the outcome. We were helped on this occasion by John who was extremely helpful during our visit and having gone elsewhere to view other bed products we came back and ordered the products with Johns help.

Friendly and professional service. I had a sleep consultation as I didn’t know what mattress would suit me as I have back issues and sleep apnea. I was given. Wide selection, sensitive to budgetary requirements and I didn’t feel under any pressure. Excellent
