I tried to place 9rder online but unable to have a diffrent delivery address to the billing address. I contacted my local store and was told to go there and they could place the order for me. The lady i spoke to arranged the delivery without any problems. My only concern is that the delivery date states its to be confirmed when we agreed a delivery date in store.

There was only one colleague (John) and he was rushed off his feet, top this with the computer system not working so it taking him extra long to complete orders, not his fault, he was great!! There was also a fly issue in store, but there was in B&M next door too.

The online system ran really slowly and took ages to go through. Also there was s new Ewing system where I had to take over the computer... the salesman should have turned the monitor keyboard and mouse to me instead he swapped seats with me - it seemed odd to be sat in the salesmans chair

Few problems with ordering the products, if another colleague wouldn't have intervened then it wouldn't have got sorted. Our delivery time was mid May, however when the other colleague intervened then he managed to adjust the order and our delivery time is now 4th April.

Quite complicated systems re mixing and matching of headboards to beds. Why do not all beds come with an optional matching headboard?

There are no specific reasons. All aspects of my visit were as I would expect them to be from a professional company. Nothing negative and nothing outstanding
