The price quoted verbally did not appear correct on the computer at time of ordering. There was some to-ing & fro-ing about this before the original quoted price was honoured Buying a bed for over £1400 & then having to pay extra £18 to have this put together in my home was very disappointing. The store manager said HQ left him with no leeway to discount this, which I was most unhappy about. To his credit he said he would personally come & build the bed if I requested this when it came Alexander, who served me, was great

It would have been helpful for stuff to suggested an option of a double after we told them that the king's bed would not fit in our bedroom. We had to find out online that they had an alternative of double bed after we got home. Meaning that it took about 2 days to sort out our older.

Visited store to view hyde and sleep range to discover that it is online only. Wouldn't want to spend without trying. Purchased other product instead.

The product and visit to the store fantastic . The help we got from John in Nottingham was fantastic made us welcome and settled .helped us choose a bed and get a good price for what we have the only problem we had was on out part the transactionsfrom my card due to my marital name tgey just couldnt find me on the system . But after trying and preserving john managed to sort it out just before closing time . Thank you

Assistant was amazing however had to discuss something with another colleague and at times they did speak over one another and i didn't know who to listen too. Apart from that it was a really good visit to the store. I didn't expect to place an order as I did not know the dates I would be moving to a new house however the information I received was great and all my questions were answered

In any service there is always room for improvement. But we were very satisfied with our visit.
