We were originally told the items the items we intended to order would be in stock items but it turns out that they will be made to order meaning a longer lead time so now not going be available for our moving in date. We would have ordered earlier if we were told this.

The waiting time to be served, seems as if staff have a few computers to meet the customers needs.

I found the staff very helpful and not overly pushy. They were available to help but didn't crowd us so we could discuss how we felt about each option. I am only satisfied as opposed to highly satisfied because I have just realized I do not have assembly included in my order and I do not think we discussed this, as it is something I would definitely like.

It was an excellent experience. As a customer with a budget, there is not a range of reasonably priced extra firm mattresses, which would have made the rating highly satisfied in all areas. But we were highly satisfied with a lot of our experience. There was a variety of products and we got a fantastic deal in the end!

I was hoping for a quick delivery, quicker than 2 weeks, as we had bought ex display items. The shop building was looking a little tired.

I felt the price was high however the finance option was good. The original bed I wanted to order I found the display model tired and didn't wear well so I changed my mind on which bed to choose. I did appreciate being able to see the beds in the flesh and spending time deciding.

Staff were helpful not pushy , but there was a lot of chatting amongst the 4 members of staff while I was trying to come to a decision and then get their Attention. When putting the order in I said clearly that I wanted a soft mattress but when I checked the order email later A medium mattress was on the order. Had to phone customer service as the store would not answer the phone at 5pm they put me through and the issue was corrected.
