It had absolutely nothing to do with the customer service, Vivek was really knowledgable and gave us space to talk things through. I didn’t feel rushed. I just found the bed options strange and a little confusing. I would have liked a little sample station at the end with the colours available and fabrics so I could touch them and see them in real life. An iPad or something interactive would have been so handy to go through base and headboard options in my own time and compare the different looks and prices.

I think the onset of social distancing makes it a difficult experience to enjoy as you are constantly having to keep an eye on everyone around you as some customers think nothing of walking right past you and don't give you the necessary space.
