Confusion over the signage at the mattress we chose, a red ticket above the price and description information didn't state the red ticket was included. No copy of the 8 year warranty available instore prior to purchase, reminds me of PPI.

we really struggled to select a super king bed due to stock issues for multiple reasons, we picked a bed eventually but it was not the one we really wanted that we had been shown at first.

Prices were Very varied b it we had to pay more than we had budgeted for to get the ideal bed and accessorise. Overall an excellent trip Nical and John gave us just the right amount of attention, with a welcome drink. Very good knowledge too Many Thanks.

The new store at castle marina did not have many products so I then had to travel to the other store at lady bay retail park Nottingham
