Dreams - Nottingham

The showroom is nice and airy and uncluttered. We were not hounded as soon as we walked in, which gave us the chance to look around. We received helpful advice and a coffee and were only there a short while which made it easier.

We thought David at the nottingham store was very helpful, gave us space when we needed it but was on hand for questioning, we didn't feel rushed or sold too, very good service

Upon entry to store we were greeted by Felix - very welcoming and asked us lots of questions, he showed us beds and options demo'd the bed (tv bed) and different types of mattress. VEry impressed with his product knowledge and also his attention to detail and time taken speaking to us. The store manager (female) was also very accommodating and we felt valued as new customers to Dreams - our first time to store. We were so happy after viewing the bed we decided to place the order. Also happy with the 10 year cover and mattress protector. Cant wait for the bed to be delivered.

The service was attentive but not at pushy, David was laid back but v knowledgeable. He made us a cup of tea and made the whole process relaxing. The colour coding system also works well.

The staff were very helpful without being pushy. The range of products was also very good and the ability for us to try out the various mattresses helped us select the one that most suited our needs

The staff were very pleasant and eager to help, we have always found this a very easy store to talk to the staff and they have always been able to help us with any problems we have had. We look forward to the arrival of our Wardrobes, our other purchases have always been on time and proved to be value for money.

Very satisfied, the staff were very helpful, they helped us measure wardrobes and understood our problems with the space we had back home.
