An assistant, Alex, came over to us almost immediately, took us over to the beds we were thinking of buying and gave us the information on them and then left us to try them out. We didn't feel pressured and were even offered a cup of tea. Alex was very knowledgable about the beds and very pleasant. We would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

I was able to walk in, tell the assistant what I was looking for, tell her what deal I was looking for, and place an order with no sales hassle or pressure. The assistant, Alex, was very polite and knew the answer to almost any question. The only one she wasn't sure on, she found out within seconds! I highlighted a cheaper deal at a competitor online and Alex was able to contact her regional manager for authorisation to match the deal within minutes, despite it being nearly 18:00 on a bank holiday Monday.
