Nichola was very helpful from the moment I asked for help I didn't feel pressured into buying which is a big plus as normally I shut off and walk away. I will sop at dreams again and will seek advice from Nichola in future if possible from this store, Kind regards Mr John Revell

Low expectations as our first visit to a dreams store, massively exceeded our expectations. Great choice of products backed up by a highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful sales manager. No rush or pressure to choose, experience could not have been better Needed a specific bed for back problems and received a great level of help with our choice. No need to go elsewhere, Dreams had everything we needed - great job

We visited the Nottingham (Ladybay Retail Park) Dreams, upon entering the store we were politely greeted by the staff. We were approached by a member of staff who introduced himself as John, he was very helpful and had great product knowledge. He advised us on buying the right bed for us. We felt at ease and totally relaxed. We would like to thank the team for staying beyond opening hours to ensure we were able to purchase our new bed frame and mattress.

We were allowed to browse and try out the products at our pace and spent probably two hours in the store but neither felt rushed nor "abandoned" at any point. Rean was on hand and friendly with lots of knowledge of the Tempur range, we started with £500 price range but after trying the other products went up to a Tempur Cloud 22k, but this was our choice, we never felt upsold or pressured to try the more expensive range. Rean explained all the costs and finance options and we tried for the 0% finance, unfortunately this got rejected but we appreciated the time put in to try it, in the end paying upfront. John gave us coffee :) Thanks John!

It was nice to browse at your lessure. But when you need assistance they were very helpful

I was very pleased with price and speedy order and the delivery time. Compared to ordering through other comanies I was very satisfied with the way I was treated by staff on my visit to the store. The only slight downfall was on my second visit where I was not approached or offered help by staff until I asked After being in the store for 15 minutes. However the service I received once I was assisted was fantastic. I have already recommended the store to people as I felt the service and prices were fantastic. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase extras which for me was a bonus as I have had that experience in other stores which put me off wanting to make a return purchase. I will defiantly be returning to dreams and recommending the store.

The bed I purchased was a great price but the delivery charge was extortionate. £40 is Alot. There should be an option to deliver to store and collect.
