We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams because of the an awesome range of beds to suit all budgets and a very patient and extremely knowledgeable sales manager. Frankly, he made what could have been a confusing and overwhelming range of products a matter of sytematic and logical choices – his approach was a master class in product knowledge and confident, friendly customer care which was not obsequious or pushy.

We were greated at the door by Dreams worker Rean Felix as we entered the store. He was happy, polite and discussed the potential purchase of an expensive tele bed. His knowledge of the product as well as the finance options was second to none. Whilst processing the order drinks were offered to us. Mr Felix explained very clearly the prices and finances and worked everything out in front of us, showing us the computer screen right through the process so we ensured no mistakes were made. He explained the only "potential fault" with the bed once assembled and how we could rectify this if it was a problem. Nothing was rushed and no fee was hidden as everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. Based on my experience at your Dreams store at Ladybay retail park in Nottingham; especially the customer service I received from Mr. Felix I would definitely make future purchases from Dreams and recommend it to friends and family. We are yet to see if the delivery and assembly of the bed is as smooth as the service in store but I have every faith there will be no problems. Thank you, Dreams.

We were made very welcome during our visit to the Nottingham store and were given refreshments before placing an order. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us as much time as we needed to choose the right mattress which best suited our needs. When we placed the order the process was quick and simple. We would definitely use Dreams again.

Knowledgeable staff to ensure that we chose the right product which was a specialist adjustable bed which it would have been easy to get wrong at high cost.
