We found the experience at Dreams very refreshing as the sales assistant Alex was very attentive and helpful without being intrusive or pushy which was lovely. She was able to answer all the questions we had and also able to advise on the minefield of mattress options available! Eventually helping us to make an informed decision. She also made the final transactions to actually purchase our items a pleasure. Overall we were very impressed with the whole experience.

There was no hassle at all. I was explained how the mattress system worked which was very easy to understand.

The store was quiet when we visited and therefore had complete attention and was a very personal service. Was not pressured or rushed and have no complaints. Very happy.

Very welcoming staff who were happy to take time to show me the options available and also accommodate very specific delivery times. Took a lot of time to explain the options and were very knowledgeable.

The assistance we received was good and not pushy. Our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We were happy with the bed we chose and delighted that it would be available for delivery within a week of our ordering. The person who served us (David) was friendly and told us all we needed to know. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

The sales assistants were very warm and friendly. They asked questions to find out the best way they could help to suffice our needs. They came over honest in their answers and if they did not know something they asked instead of guessing. We were offered a cup of tea whilst we were browsing through the shop. The manager was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. We felt like he was treating us special at all times.
