Vivek welcomed us into the store and from there on the process was so simple, because of his help. He was really friendly, took time to listen to what I needed and what I was looking for, really knew his stuff and alerted me to things like the right kind of pillows for me that I didn't even know about. He made us feel really welcome and comfortable. Because of him I would definitely return.

At this Dream’s store we were offered assistance but didn’t feel pressured as we have in other Dreams stores. Friendly staff and didn’t feel pressured.

went in with limited knowledge on what would happen. were greeted by friendly staff practicing social distancing and had a nice yet swift experience in store finding the right bed for us.

I have limited mobility.found help and understanding from Alex. She was able to source an alternative suggestion / approach when necessary. Did not talk to me like a child as sometimes happened.

On entering the store I was approached by John asking if he could help I responded we were just looking. After looking around he asked us if we would like to try the mattress yes we replied he then when to collect appropriate coverings for us to do so. We were offered a bottle of water which we accepted. Overall I could not fault him for his help and support it was very much appreciated.

Assistance was great and helpful

We were greeted at the door by Alex who was the sales assistant that helped us to pick the right mattress. She was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. We were impressed with the "machine" that assesses which mattresses will suit you best. We tried all the ones suggested before picking one that was right for us. Alex was really helpful during this process as she explained what we needed to know about each mattress and answered any questions that we had. Choosing the right mattress is a big decision because it has to be right. Alex's assistance definitely made the selection process much easier. We also didn't feel under pressure to buy which made a refreshing change. Without the use of the brilliant machine and Alex's assistance we would have just tried every single mattress in store which would have made the decision making process far more difficult. We also purchased 2 Tempur cloud pillows as we found these really comfortable - as with the mattress, Alex provided helpful information which convinced us were were making a good investment with these also. I feel happy that we have chosen the right mattress. 10/10 for customer service - thank you Alex.

John was helpful and attentive, but gave us space too to explore the options he suggested to us. We did not feel rushed to make a decision, but were given lots of information and options to choose from.
