Really excellent customer service, very attentive despite the fact we arrived near to closing. We were not rushed at all, and we were given plenty of options! Very pleased overall!

Alex the assistant who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. She allowed us time to try the beds, was not at all pushy, but helped us to fine the bed we were looking for.

The thought of shopping for a mattress had been filling my wife and I with a tangible dread for months, but the increasing presence of springs in ribs, back, and beyond from our previous mattress forced us to search for a new one. On the recommendation of a friend, we started our expedition with a trip to Dreams. Within minutes, our anxieties were eased by Beth (Nottingham store) who took excellent care of us, explained the process on the fitting machine, and showed expert knowledge of all things pocket sprung as she presented our options. Technical terms were pitched well at our level, and we were given ample time to test, retest, and test again without feeling pressurised. On finding the perfect mattress, payment was swift and painless, and we left delighted by the fact that the looming ordeal that we feared had been pleasantly manageable.

We were not kept waiting we were led to the product we had asked to the staff were very helpful I would happily shop here again many thanks for a none stressful morning

As. soon as we walked in the store an assistant was there to help us and enlighten us on what we where looking for, from then on we we where treated to explanations of the product a new kings size mattress. We made our choice quite quickly, placed the order and paid for the item, which will be deleted a week on Friday and the old mattress taken away. Thank you for your excellent service. The staff were very attentive , we were being looked after by Felix mainly and we had been on the bed matcher but didn’t really understand the ‘science’ behind it but this was explained fully to us. It was a great help to us that he explained why a particular mattress was good for my medical problem to which we were both really grateful . Otherwise we may have bought one that was probably not necessarily good for me. Also at no point did we feel rushed into anything we were able to take our time and know that what we had chosen was right for us both.
