The staff were friendly, greeted us on arrival, then left us to browse before offering assistance. Then answered questions and then left us alone. However they were aware of us and when we needed them. When we were ready to place an order they were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. An excellent experience as I hate being pounced on in stores and made to feel uncomfortable due to staff hovering. I like to be able to discuss what I'm looking with my husband not the staff. Thank you

Both John and David were absolutely fantastic. We originally saw David who helped us chose our bed. We came back 3 days later specifically as we found David so helpful. David wasn't working on this day and John completed our purchase. However he even called David on his day off to check the combination of bed we had discussed! I can't possibly explain how great our experience has been. We rarely experience such great customer service.

Help offered and given but no pushy selling. Friendly and professional without endless chatter.

The assistant, John, explained the range of items very thoroughly and even supplied an extra pillow so we could obtain our natural position when trying out each bed. He then left us to check for ourselves which bed we liked and did not trying to push us one way or another.
