nice easy visit, no problems

This was my second visit to the store after 3 weeks, and the assisrtant remembered what I looked at on my first visit

Very polite knowledgable salesman named John didn't rush us explained everything we asked plus more. Even made us a coffee, excellent customer service!

From the friendly welcome I received when I arrived until I finalised the purchase, it was an enjoyable experience. I was encouraged to spend as much time as I wanted trying out mattresses. The person who served me was helpful and knowledgeable. It felt a very peaceful shop.
