I spoke to Nichola about various options and beds she advised me on colour to match my new bedroom which has just been decorated. Nichola also helped me measure the bed precisely because I wanted to know how much room I would have left in the room and this was no trouble what so ever, I would highly recommend this store and also all of the staff as they were all very helpful, they even got me a coffee as we measured the bed!

Rean at the Nottingham , Lady Bay Retail Park store, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was considerate and allowed us private thinking time when needed and not 'pushy' at all. He answered all our questions.

The salesman was very efficient and knowledgeable. He helped me with an existing problem and that's in the process of being addressed. He was very polite, helpful and not pushy and in your face.

Assistance was very helpful and being able to try out the products before making your mind up was a positive. It really helped in making a decision to purchase the product. Also the knowledge of the assistant put my mind at ease especially in the case of being able to decide on whether to purchase or not with regards to actually getting the product into the house and up the stairs.

Staff were not pushy,and were very helpful when required.

John the salesman was great. He was very patient and understanding. He explained things well but wasn't pushy at all
