I was welcomed and offered help by John as soon as I entered the store. The quality and types of mattresses were simply exlained to me so I fully understood my options. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. Ordering was arranged quickly and I am impressed with the delivery dates and options available. Would highly recommend and return to this store
