Helpful staff, knew their stuff and didn't push the sale, allowing us time to try the various products. Even let us try it with better pillows!

Really good experience. David was extremely knowledgable about the technical aspects of the Tempur mattress we ended up buying, including the differences between the different depths and firmness, plus suitability for our existing divan bed. He was not pushy but he was enthusiastic about the product. He answered all of our questions honestly and in detail. His explanations about how other customers (and his two colleagues) had found the product was very reassuring and sincere. He then left us to try the different mattresses and did not "hover" chasing a sale. We reached our own decision to buy. He also did us a very good deal on the Tempur pillows which clinched the deal. Meanwhile his 2 colleagues were friendly and chatted to my wife while we dealt with the paperwork (there was no-one else requiring attention at the time) which was lovely, warm and personable. We had complete confidence in our choice and that we did not need to look anywhere else. There was no pressure, no risk and we knew we'd be completely satisfied with our purchase. The best buying experience my wife and I have had in a long time. We had no qualms in parting with over £1,600. Thank you David and colleagues.

Aimee was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all, which makes it a much more enjoyable experience! Aimee was also understanding about our high energy three year old daughter and distracted her with crayons and a frozen colouring book!

The salesman called john was very knowledgable and helpful to me as \I have recently had a stroke.Coffee was offered as well. I was there for nearly an hour and he helped me through the whole time

This is my second visit, the first time I bought a silent night bed, this time my sister bought a bed. John served us both times, he was very helpful indeed
