We were served by David in the Nottingham store. He helped and advised us wonderfully and his product knowledge was excellent.

We had the same assistant as we had one year ago and we're sorry to learn of his imminent retirement. The staff were extremely helpful and we look forward to receiving our new bed next month. This is our third bed from Dreams and will continue to use your company in the future.

We knew from the moment we walked into Dreams store to the moment we left the store it was one of our best experiences shopping we felt every thing was right. we would highly recommend.

John was very attentive, answered all our questions then left us alone to discuss. Gave us a coffee so that we had more time to try other beds and then after a reasonable length of time came back to see if we had any further questions. We had bought a bed in this store previously so were happy to buy from this store again. The payment and delivery dates were clearly explained and a delivery date was put in the diary. I have just had to ring to change that date as there has been a delay in the delivery of our bedroom furniture. The lady on the phone was very helpful and there was no problem in changing the date. Overall a very positive experience with a wide selection of beds and experienced and friendly staff. Well dine to John and all the team - thank you.

The reason for me visiting dreams was because I had seen them advertised on television and there was a sale on which encouraged me to go to the store.i also have a cousin who had bought a bed from a dream store. She did not tell me that she was not satisfied with it so I presumed everything was alright. I was happy with the quality and the amount of money the bed was costing.

From the moment we entered the store we were approached by Aimee offering her assistance, she was extremely helpful in a non intrusive manner and very knowledgable. Her customer service was outstanding not only to us as potential buyers but to our two year old son, as were all the store assistants. We were offered tea/coffee and our son was given a balloon and some chocolate! :) We were made to feel valued throughout and at no point made to feel it was about the hard sell.

The reason is the people were very polite and were able to understand my needs and supportive John was able to introduce me to the verities and guide me according to my budget and my need. Secondly though our budget was below what i was expecting but at the same time I was able to get what I needed and am very happy to my needs. Thirdly the date to be deviled did not missed out it came as promised and it was the chose not different so in all i can say that am satisfied with what I bought and will come there next time.
