We found what we wanted, the staff were helpful

The advisor explained the colour code scheme used on mattresses so it made it easier to find the quality I needed. It took a while to get the assistance but I spoke to a couple of advisors and very happy with their responses.

The assistant was very constructive and helpful. He new his facts.

John was very knowledgeable and directed us straight to the mattress that duited us best. All sales associates were very friendly and achieved that balance of providing help whilst allowing us space to peruse the range and discuss amongst ourselves.

The bedstead I was looking at was very nice just what I wanted.

We quickly found the product we were looking for, as we had previously seen it online. The sales assistant Felix was very helpful, friendly and courteous. He explained the differences between buying in store and ordering online, which was very helpful. Felix arranged delivery on a date to suit us and overall the experience of buying our new bed your store was a pleasant one. We would certainly return there and we haver recommended your store at Lady Bay Retail Park to a friend and they are going today to buy a sofa bed.

Felix was incredibly helpful, spending almost an hour helping us through the maze of mattresses until we found one that was perfect for us. He quickly got to know what we wouldn't get along with and showed us only products that were in our price range and that we would find comfortable.

The assistant Felix was very polite, helpful, answered any queries looked extremely smart went out of his wAy to help. Got us chairs to sit down as my husband and I are senior citizens. The store was clean the beds all available to try. I would thoroughly recommend this store and its staff to anyone looking to purchase a bed.
