Excellent customer service. Pleasant friendly .Very attentive gave advice on quality but also my needs as a customer. Didn`t try to sell me a more expensive mattress (my previous experience at a different store!) Smiled a lot (very important!!) He was training an assistant on the computer and his style was first class. Hadn`t planned to make a purchase that morning (only browsing!!) but the customer service and the good value of my purchase was just too good !

Felix was very knowledgeable and took time with us. He had a good sense of humour and didn't try to force us to buy something more than we could afford.

The representative (Aimee) was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that I could trust her advice. We would only not return to the store as we had travelled a long way to try a mattress not stocked elsewhere so the store is not convenient for us.

Used Dreams before and had a great service so had no problems going back,and was serve just as before with great assistance and knowledge

John was the gentleman that placed our order for us. He was very helpful and friendly.

Our sales adviser was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to listen advise us in the best way possible. We were not pressurized to buy either. We visited other stores and not only was he the best adviser we met Dreams had the most comfortable bed for us too.

The assistant was very helpful and pleasant. The price was better than other retailers.

Every type of bed was colour coordinated to ease selection, making the final decision easier.
