Dreams - Nottingham

On arrival to the store we were greeted by the sales staff, in particular Felix. He asked if we needed help. We explained that we were wanting to buy a new mattress. He advised us of the colour coded system and explained in brief about each. My husband and I were then left to try the beds. After about half an hour Felix came to check we were ok and gave further advice. It was the perfect amount of input and we did not feel pressured at all. After about 2 hours we left with not only a new mattress but a new bed frame also! The customer service was excellent.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by the staff all smiling, very welcoming. Went through the products we were interested in, were very helpful. Helped us to make a decision on our needs. Overall excellent.

We made several visits to Dreams in Nottingham over a 6 month period in order to research and then finally purchase our mattress. On each visit, we were made to feel very welcome and offered refreshments. Staff were extremely knowledgeable, with timely and honest advice about mattresses and pillows. We were particularly impressed with David (helped us in late 2015) as he seemed to know the answers to the many questions we had, and today again, Alexandra was fantastic, knowing when to help us and when to leave us alone to try out different mattresses and work out which mattress to choose. The service received was 110% better than the advice and service at John Lewis in Nottingham - the store where we would normally make such a large purchase. We also felt the prices and guarantees, as well as the fact that our old mattress would be removed, were far better than other local competitors. Thanks to all at Dreams in Nottingham, and we look forward to receiving our new Tempur mattress next week (Very fast delivery too!).
