We felt at ease to browse and weren't rushed in deciding our bed , help was given and alternative styles were offered , after deciding which bed we liked we were pleased to get it delivered on the day we wanted . Very professional team .Thankyou .

John from dreams in Nottingham was an absolute star as he persevered at a time when Barclays finance had been struggling to honour our finance for our TVs bed. John was industrious in his effort as he optimised the concept of placing the customer at the heart of staffs efforts. We felt preveledge drew to be served by John, who was knowledgable and industrious. A special thanks to John's team and his manager who took a special interest in resolving our problem. The team also highlighted special interests in highlighting offers that could help improve our placement. John deserves to be the role model for your organisation and he should be rewarded for his dedication to customer care and service a true asset to your organisation.

The store was clean & tidy, the assitant very helpful but also gave us time & space to look around. And with the add bonus of interest free credit it made for a very happy shopping experiance.
