Dreams - Nottingham

We were greeted by Aimee who was an absolute star from start to finish. We were offered a drink, she explained how the store was laid out so we knew where to find what we wanted, asked us what we were after and made some suggestions. She then gave us time to try things out, chat it through, but was on hand for questions - perfect service. Not too 'in your face' but readily available. The order process was very smooth, cannot fault Aimee, the store, or the overall process. Thank you very much!!

I had been looking at some beds on line as mine is now quite old (like its owner) so I had a slight idea of what I was looking for. I had been in the shop for a short amount of time before Aimee asked if I needed any help. I explained that my current bed could now legally go to the pub and that I was looking to replace it, but it had been a really good bed so I would like to replace it with another Silent Night. She explained the difference between open and coiled springs and the added benefits of memory foam. Aimee then took me off to try some beds. Because of my aches and pains we started with the memory foam topped beds along with a cloud pillow. Aimee left me to have a good lie down on the 2 different beds in the shop after offering me a coffee. She did come back every once in while to make sure that I was ok, but I didn't feel rushed. Luckily the shop wasn't too busy other wise I might have felt a bit silly. She explained the different bases then we went off to make the sale, which went very smoothly. I was very impressed with my experience in this store.

The representative was very helpful. Gave us the specifics of the mattresses, but also in the language that we could understand. Kind and friendly, but also had a laugh with us showing that he enjoyed working and selling to us. His name was David and we would highly recommend a friend to this store, mainly because of his sales skills making our first time bed shopping enjoyable and helped us understand how each mattress was different.

At Nottingham. Felix gave very helpful advice. I felt his product knowledge was excellent. he was not trying to push any particular product, but gave honest support to help me make my decision. I felt he had my best interests at heart. He was very friendly and professional. David was also nice and helpful

Jodie was very understanding of my needs when I called in store and remembered me when I phoned back to order days later. Ordering was simple as was sorting a delivery date. So fingers crossed it continues in this manner.

The staff were very knowledgable and helpful, allowing us time to make an informed decision on which matress would be most suitable to our needs. The different types of matress were explained fully to us and in a way that we could understand. We would have no problems recommending the store to our freinds and family.
