This bed is the fourth bed I have purchased from Dreams so I think you can take it that I am highly satisfied with the products and the service thank you

I didn't feel pressurised I really felt that my assistant Felix was really trying to find the right bed for me, he was a lovely friendly but professional man.

Phenominal customer service from the manager (Felix) who dealt with my order. This is the 2nd time I have purchased a bed from this store (furst was 2017) and on both occasions he was incredibly helpful and had great knowledge of the product I wanted. All round superb service - thank-you.

We was shown everything that we required for a new bed and the staff treated us like a king and queen so happy how we was treated and with the bed thank you all.

I arrived very early at the store with not much time. Alex came to help me and I explained to her what I wanted and what my budget was and what flexibility I had regarding delivery and products. She took the time to listen and really grasped quickly what I was looking for. I have previously bought from this store and appreciate the understanding and efficiency of staff there. We were also offered drinks too!
