We were greeted in a friendly but not intrusive manner. The assistant was knowledgeable in our requirements and offered sound advice. There was plenty of choice and we're encouraged to try different products to find what we were looking for.

Can't praise it enough excellent customer service,no pressure put on us to buy,all staff very friendly even those that weren't dealing with us,so pleased with product we've purchased can't wait to get it:-)

The salesperson (John) was very attentive, he even got a new mattress out and unboxed so we could make our decision to buy. I wasn't intending to purchase on Saturday but he made it very simple so we decided to get it early.
